OHC Network Chatbot

During Kerala’s COVID-19 response, Open Healthcare Network shipped a practical assistant that answered common questions on Messenger and Telegram. The goal was fast, trustworthy guidance at scale.

What I worked on

  • Contributed to the conversational stack and deployment path around a Rasa-based assistant, keeping flows maintainable and the service reliable under real-world traffic.
  • Worked within an open, volunteer-driven codebase: Dockerized services, CI via GitHub Actions, and Heroku-friendly paths so the team could iterate quickly.
