During the Kerala COVID-19 response, Open Healthcare Network shipped a practical assistant that could answer common questions on Messenger and Telegram. The goal was fast, trustworthy guidance at scale — not a novelty demo.
What I worked on
- Contributed to the conversational stack and deployment story around a Rasa-based assistant — helping keep flows maintainable and the service reliable under real-world traffic.
- Worked within an open, volunteer-driven codebase: Dockerized services, CI via GitHub Actions, and Heroku-friendly paths so the team could iterate quickly.
